The reason I gave this 5 stars is simple, no long drawn out process of going back and forth to get the price you want. The price they show you is the price you pay. No hidden fees like most dealerships. Aaron McGuire was my sales rep and he did a great job. I was emailing back and forth on pricing and asking various questions. He is knowledgeable and honest. With them being upfront about the price its a quick process that took only a couple hours. I would highly recommend taking the trip to Clermont as this is the future of buying a car (fast and simple). Thanks guys!

Bought a vehicle there, at first great experience. I brought customer who bought a vehicle too. Had others interested in buying as well but decided not to bring them, something was offered and later not called back for that. If you want other buyers to bring more buyers as a good reference it be a good practice to offer an incentive.

Wonderful customer service. The other day my dad and I bought a used car from this dealership. We previously sought this dealership out due to the reviews. What I have noticed is that this dealer especially is true to their price, and quality of their merchandise. We are 100% satisfied, and we plan to come again and buy a new vehicle sometime in the future. I recommend to meet with Lindsey Lagos one of the sales consultants. She is very nice and helpful.

Went into the lot and was greeted by David, I told him the I was looking for a sedan, 2014-2015, sub 80k, $8000~ before tax and reasonable car facts. He lead me to an area with cars on or about the price range he let us test the car and it was good other than it dragging a bit to the left and being a bit dirty on the inside(because it was new to the lot and did not go into the service for cleaning and realignment.) The car ended up being a 2014 Kia Rio 51,000 miles, clean car facts with regular checks for a reasonable and lower end competitive price on the sticker. They replaced the tires and checked/adjusted the alignment and sufficiently detailed the car and let us check before the final john hand cock 2 days after. I was told from the get go that the prices were set in stone, they were fair and no negotiations(normally caused by dealers overpricing things and working down). I sat on the decision for a day after checking the other local dealers and checking the competitive price of the car in other places and blue book, perfectly competitive. Price is always price +7% tax +174 tag(if needed) The finance team used Wells Fargo, the same bank as mine and was able to get me an interest rate 3% lower than my banks offer(having a great score but lacking history) with a simple down payment adjustment of 500$ extra. Overall good experience, they were honest, reasonably timely in doing the paperwork considering its a multi thousand dollar purchase and were friendly even after the deal was all but done.

The Nicest Hyundai dealer in town! everything is brand new and state of the art! I hope my genesis coupe appreciates how I spoil her here! I came in for a warranty issue on 12-7-17 and Jimmy in service had my car ready when promised, kept me informed and washed my car. thank you Jimmy!
