This is one of those places I heard about through family members. They said it was a nice little place with amazing pies. We bought some awhile ago and they were awful. The pie shell/crust was flimsy and taste really off. Like cheap ingredients. The same goes for the innards of the pie. Tasted like those cheap $1 "Bakers Treat" pies you can get at any store. Didn't even taste like it was made with sugar, but with something else. For the price you would expect something with at least some sort of quality. Especially since I hear about this place sometimes being "good" and "home made". To be fair the people that talk about it are elderly. So maybe they just have taste buds that are shot. I do walk by this place almost every few days and don't see many customers at it.

The pie was fake. Ridiculous price for a fake artificial pie. For 14.95 would not recommend.

I really do love pie's. And apple is my favorite but it is also not the easiest and the filling is key. I love pie's apple gets an A for presentation but a D- for taste. The crust had a very wierd flavor and was a little under done. Filling was apple goop and not good. The cherry was better, the crust still had a slight weird taste like it was missing some ingredient or like others mentioned a sugar free substitue. The filling was pretty good on this pie. I truly hope they use these reviews to improve and florish.

Clam chowder was excellent. Candy was delicious. Just stopped by to see what they sold. Impressed that they had a small variety of food. Haven't bought a pie yet, but will be back to try a pie.

Tried the Dutch apple pie and the raspberry brownie cheesecake. Both were delicious. The homemade chocolates were tasty too. The owner was very nice, she fresh baked them every morning.
