I was in Bossier City on  10/6/16 looking for a pedicure when I came across I-Spa Nails... I'm not familiar with the businessss in this area and the place is relatively new so I stopped in and asked the cost of a pedicure and was quoted 35.00. At the end of the "pedicure" I was told that I owed 40.00 and when I asked why she informed me that it was because she had to take my gel polish off. I don't mind paying for any service that I receive I just want to know the cost before hand. I explained this to her and she told me that I needed a pedicure anyway. I paid and left but not even a week later I noticed my cuticles were grown out and the bottom of my feet were rough. I've never been as disappointed in a pedicure as I am about this one. My feet are worse than the were when I went in and my previous pedicure was a month old... needless to say I won't  ever go back and I advise anyone who values their money to stay away... you will not get what you pay for.
