first experience was horrible. New appliance under warranty breaks, so I am reffered to IV Appliance to get it fixed and first off they don't have an appointment for about 3 weeks. Then a guy shows up who is super unprofessional and quickly looks at my appliance and takes super messy unorganized notes on a piece of paper which he obviously lost because a month later I find out that the parts where never ordered.  So of course at this point I am super unhappy and contact the manufacturer, I explain the problem and they insure me that they will contact IV appliance and resolve the issue.  Turns out the parts where never ordered but somehow they "magically" find some and arrive at my home (at this point roughly two months later) with "parts".  I was out of town at the time and my wife took the man at his word that the appliance was fixed.  When I get home I see that it is not only still broken, but an old broken part is simply hidden with a new part over the top of it.  Please please please ask for a different provider when dealing with warranty issues.
