With how I work I have been afforded the chance to work out at many places that want to create a family environment with a great lifting environment. But this is the first place I have been that encompasses that quality, whether you are a power lifter, body builder, or just trying to get in shape, this gym offers a great environment for everyone. When you join this gym you join a lifting family that is super supportive and wants to see you achieve your goals. Great owners and great environment by far one of the top gyms in Augusta area.

Had a fellow member/ friend tell me that this place got her excited about working out again. After only 15 minutes spent in this gym I knew exactly what she was talking about. Everyone uplifts everyone else, while being obviously focused and dedicated to their own tasks at hand. Not to mention, the music, owners, and facility itself are awesome as well! Would definitely recommend this gym!

This gym is fantastic. The owners are always on sight and they are very personable and open to their members. This is the perfect gym for anyone who is serious about lifting or just beginning their quest for gains. The other members are supportive and helpful. I3 has great equipment, great ownership and a great community...Stop the BS, check them out!

Nothing but good things to say about this gym! I used to workout on post at Fort Gordon, but after seeing the nicer equipment and great workout environment I had to make the switch. On top of all the specialty equipment, the gym owners and members create a focused/positive atmosphere that I've never experienced anywhere else. Definitely check it out!!

I love this gym. Great equipment that I havent seen in other gyms. Owners are very knowledgeable. Members are very friendly and always someone willing to help if needed. I don't feel like an outsider when I go to work out.
