I was with my friend trying to get a cash advance on his ibc credit card ( which has high interest by the way) and what a waste of time! I waited for some body at around age 17, then for also to not know her trade and have to ask everything to the manager. ( granted she might be knew ...okay.) so we wait for a yes on an advancement for her to tell us , no it can't be done. Alright, then we ask for the remaining balance and the manager cuts in and says " you have to call to the card directly...I know it's n ibc card but you need to call we don't have access to that Info." Wow, I thought. So I inject and say the same as my friend. " how come my other bank can tell me and you guys can't. " 
She replies with a smirk. " what can't do you have???" Our response vary from his bank, my friends and mine " I have wells Fargo like him, but I use capitol one and security first for my loan needs" her only reply is " that's nice" and turned away. Either take it as sarcasm or truth that the own employees don't want to even use their own employee as a bank, but it concerning and alarming to know that other banks will go the extra mile to deliver customer care and they don't. Boo!

Horrible customer service.  We spent 4 dollars using the atm, and because we needed 100s we went to the counter, they refused to exchange thier 20s  from thier own machine for larger bills. I will never, ever do business with Ibc bank.  Too bad....for them

Waiting time is about 15 minutes for a deposit through motor bank. Extremely, slow tellers.
