ER Nurse was outright rude to me. (in 2013) He was just tired of seeing people and should have been fired. I'd been having seizures and he was annoyed that I was there. Said words to the effect, "You people with seizures need to quit coming here and taking up my time." I'll plan on going somewhere else in the future.

This hospital is an all around joke ! No communication between people no one answers question my mom has been there 3 days and is miserable . This hospital needs new management asap !!!!! Nurses have no problem lying to your face !!! Its chaos in that place !

Not enough courtesy... Too slow...just an overall bad experience and I've been there at least 20 times

Just waited in a crowded hallway for over an hour and a half after triage without being spoken to whatsoever. Literally standing in a hallway. During which time the triage nurse and another were arguing loudly in the hallway about not bringing anymore patients back because they were treating patients in the hallway and one said it was against HIPPA laws. Just an all around clown show. I ended up leaving because I didn't even have a chair to sit in. Going to Lafayette general from now on. It seems this place gets worse and worse over time
