We really loved this place when it first opened.  The workers are friendly and helpful ...... that is until you are trying to return something.   The first return I did was a toy.  I simply just wanted to trade it for something with more of a boutique feel to give away as present.  The clerk did a VERY thorough inspection to make sure it wasn't opened.  Finally, she allowed the return since it wasn't opened and we were exchanging for something else.

The second return was done by my mother.  She purchased a backpack leash and she wanted to return it because my nephew got injured from it.  The clerk was very adamant about no returns on opened items because they have to be able to resell it.  So, my mom brought up the fact that the item is unsafe and the store's defense was "that's not our fault, it's the manufacturer's fault."  My mom was even willing to do an exchange, but they insisted on no returns on open packages.  This was NOT written on the receipt or their return policy.  Their argument was, on the receipt it states that they reserve the right to refuse any returns.  Subsequently, the clerk took out a marker and added "no return on open packages" to their return policy while my mom was still standing there.

"Customer is always right" obviously does not apply here.  Just be ready to commit to what you are buying and you may want to double check on return policy and ask for it in writing before making a big purchase.  As they said, they are not a big company like Costco where customers can return as they please.

Worst customer service ever, especially to pregnant customers!  Came to this store to purchase stroller and had the worst experience with their sales lady.  Would Never come back!!
