Going to this place is always a good experience. They offer multiple services, which is like a one-stop shop. The first thing you notice when you walk in this salon is the welcoming coustomer service. No matter how busy they are, the staff always welcomes you with a smile on their face. I always get my eyebrows done by the owner. She always does a good job, making sure my eyebrow shape is not changed. She gives honest opinions about what looks good on you and what doesn't, which is very rare these days. I recommend this place to everyone, you won't be disappointed with their services.

I have been going to her since couple of years now and she is the best! I have very sensitive skin so she makes sure to do it with soft hands and less painful!! Very friendly to talk to as well!! Definitely recommend her for all her services specially eyebrows!

Completely ruined my eyebrows. I will not be returning. The lady who did my eyebrows didn't even shape them. She just cleaned them up and missed a bunch of stray hairs. When she trimmed them, she only trimmed the hairs at the front, not the end ones where they are the longest. I got my eyebrows done here because I have a formal event in five days, but now I don't even want to go to it because my eyebrows are so messed up.

What annoys me most is bad customer service. I walked into the IBrow Salon in Huntley and stood at the desk for maybe 5 minutes and not one person looked up. So I sat down and as the lady walked up to make another persons appointment she didn't even say hello or we'll be right with you. After sitting for 30 minutes, I got up and left. I will be taking my business elsewhere considering I was a new customer wanting my brows threaded then tinted and was interested in a few other services. HORRIBLE!!!!
