They were super nice and their boba teas were amazing. I loved the Taro iced cream and green tea boba. And my egg custard black milk tea was astounding with such great flavor and texture to it. I would definitely go here again if I am shopping at the Connecticut Post Mall.Food: 5/5

I got the matcha rolled ice cream and it was a bit novel at first, but the ice cream tasted the same as green tea ice cream from the supermarket or a buffet. The spoon they provided is too weak and makes it hard to actually eat the thing.Food: 3/5

First time trying this spot and I'm glad I had the chance to! Nobody's perfect, but it was perfect for an 80 something degree day. It was a choice between Ice and Fire and the Praline ice cream spot in the mall. My coworkers and I chose the former. The concept immediately made us think about Coldstone and whatever happened to them. At any rate, the staff was very kind and patient and the ice cream was delicious. I had the Wide Awake with coffee ice cream, cookies, and caramel while my coworkers had strawberry and mango. It's definitely worth a try.

I’ve been living in connecticut since two years but never got a chance to go to this place everytime i go to the mall. They have a great variety of ice cream rolls , smoothies, bubble tea etc. A great place you definitely must try when you visit the Connecticut post mall.

Was pretty good however I expected more peanut butter in the Reese’s flavour  but staff was friendly  and dealt with my banana allergy well

very good tea with tapioca that melts in your mouth!! The brown sugar milk tea is delicious as well as the ice cream! The staff are all very friendly and the cups that the tea comes in are cute

Awesome fresh ice cream and great drinks.  I have lost count of how many times my family and I have come here.   They make the ice cream in front of you rolling of flat sheets which is cool to watch especially for kids and the taste and quality is great.  They also make very nice bubble tea like drinks as well as fruit drinks and lemonades.  Really great.  If they ever disappear, it will be a very sad day...
