This weekend, I was able to help host a group of youth girls as mentees at Ice Cream Heaven. The smiles in this photo say it all. We enjoyed the flavors, but most of all the fellowship. The staff treated us like family and we felt right at home. Thank you for supporting our organization and offering a clean and friendly environment for us to meet.

This is my first and last time visiting this shop. Out of the many items on their menu, only one section of the menu was available which was just the ice cream mind you this visit was around 6pm. There was only 3 cup size’s available small, extra large, and even larger size up. Also, there were only 8 flavors available and none of them were even vanilla. As a former ice cream shop manager, I had some expectations walking through the door and all I can say is do better

I was on here looking for an ice cream place to take my daughter for her birthday but for the looks of it I definitely won’t be coming here from reading all these bad reviews I honestly don’t think this would be a place for me even tho I had high hopes from the look of the menu

I ordered a milkshake and cookie ice cream sandwich it’s been 1 hour and we’re the only clients here this is just ridiculous….she didn’t even  remember taking our order… After for an HOUR the cookie sandwich was not even freshly baked it was hard! I won’t be coming back here it’s sad because I want to support local owned business :/

The guy had mean look On his face When I took my twin nieces and nephew on 3/10/24 and wasn’t Very friendly . Heard Feel Like I owed Him Something, I want to go Back now And but not while he is there . I’ll go back when some else Is there . Ice cream Is Awesome

The first time I tried this place everything was exceptional I went two times after and the young light skin boy and I believe there’s a new girl they both were wearing hoodies this took place on July 19th.  I do not know what they served me I spent over 40+ including a tip the mini donuts were skimpy literally the girl who served my ice cream literally put a half of scoop on each cone. My nephew ordered a milkshake and it looked nothing like the images displayed in their establishment it was literally just a scoop of ice cream and cereal. Let’s not talk about the wait times while waiting on the donuts. I try to support black businesses but it’s never consistent.  Completely unacceptable. I will not be coming back again I couldn’t believe we literally got a half of scoop of ice cream on a $9 dollar cone lmao I wish I would’ve taken a picture I was so upset that I forgot… I did take a picture of the skimpy donuts though.

I am very happy with ice cream and there customer services having a young generation work for ice cream heaven is wonderful because they are learning at such a young age and growing experience more I am so proud of that team and please give my thank you to rayshaun he is such a wonderful young person and also to the young lady that was with him on Friday March 18

Ice cream heaven is a local black owned ice cream shop in the city of Miami Gardens. They offer scoops of ice cream, shakes with various toppings and other things like fried Oreos. I can't wait to try the Knaus Berry farm cinnamon roll paired with the ice cream. The atmosphere is modern and it's always music playing.

I went there with my family on a Sunday afternoon fully expecting to have a great experience. Unfortunately, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after walking in there and finding loud music with foul language being played. Then afterwards, I looked at the menu to place my order and found foul language there as well. I love to support black-owned businesses but I will not go there again because I need to feel comfortable taking my kids there. I don’t necessarily hate the ice cream  my rum raisin tasted freezer-burned but I was too upset at the music and the menu to have given this place an unbiased fair try. It needs to be a more family friendly environment.  The staff was good, no problems with them. They were respectful, courteous and appropriate.  I hope I get an opportunity to update this review if they address the music and menu.

I enjoyed the ice cream and the hospitality! Sweet Guru's is definitely on my list as a company that values their customers!
