Pho Tai Nam, extra hot sauce, and fried chicken dumplings.. I cannot get enough. I've been here several times, I'll probably be a regular at this point. He has not been mean or rude any of the times I've went either as many people say he has.

Use your noodles, kids. Well, here you can slurp them!  The guy works / cooks alone.  The first time I'd gone, three people ordered before me, five people after. Food is made to order and freshly cooked delicious yummy for tummies - WORTH THE WAIT if you have time and are patient. Be patient.  Today's a rainy one and an ideal time for comfy noodles or pho soup! They serve it here too. That stir fry though... snags your hunger senses. They're so delicious! Give 'em a try. This place has delicious food! They make it fresh to order. We usually call it in. Located in the old Stripes store on 31st Street; I think it's been renamed to Snax Max.

This guy delivers every single time. The only two issues that I have with this establishment are: one the location. being located in a gas station is not ideal by any means. Also the hours of operation for this little business. By all means, I understand why. Considering there's only one person that works the restaurant. However, I wish they would have normal operating hours instead of closing in the middle of the day. Let's get down to what matters. The FOOD it's amazing no doubt about it this dude knows how to cook. Especially those steaks. He always has very high quality beef to serve. After talking to the gentleman that runs the place he mentioned that he worked at a kobe steakhouse before this. So, he knows his steaks and you can tell it. The rice is great and so are the vegetables. Overall this place is an amazing bargain with amazing food.

I stopped and grabbed some spring rolls just to try the place out. Service was poor and spring rolls were okay.....sadly I've enjoyed HEB spring rolls equally or better than many places including this one in the area. I'm needing a trip to Killeen to pick up ingredients to make some tasty ones myself including all of the tasty ingredients not half or skimpy as I've been getting.

4 pm and closed for the day. The employee said he is cleaning to go home.... glad I came for Bell Toyko!!!
