Friendly attentive staff. Our hibachi chef was very personable. Food was excellent.  They serve fried rice and noodles which results in a large plate of food. Medium sized relative to other Japanese hibachi restaurants I’ve been to.  Love the atmosphere and decor. to include the bathroom.  The “Mount Midori for Two” flaming drink was awesome, a tropical drink with rum.

Guess which dish it is: Soup or Salad? But don’t let the appearance of the plate fool you! It features a combination of steak and shrimp, served alongside Lo Mein, Fried Rice, and veggies. However, despite its enticing look, the verdict is in: only the shrimps tasted good, while the rest of the components were either salty or bland. Steak was rubbery too! At least the temperature inside the restaurant was hotter by approximately 2-3°. It was 18°F outside!

The quality has gone down hill. We ordered to go today because we didn’t want to drive across town to Hibachi place on Hamilton Rd delicious. We told the young lady that it has been pretty bland, that it has been hit-or-miss as far as a seasoned meal. We asked that she relay that so that it wouldn’t be bland, so we could enjoy our  meal. She told us she would put soy sauce in the bag. I should’ve known that our experience would be disappointing from that point. It was.

Great place, the staff is friendly and the food was great.  I got the filet mignon and lobster with fried rice and everything came out great.  I had my wife, mother in law and 2 year old son there.  He was a bit scared of the fire so the chef was nice enough to tone that all down while still keeping him completely captivated with his showmanship, flipping the spatula and fork around.  All in all a great experience and would recommend  Parking: Big parking lot with plenty of spaces  Kid-friendliness: It was a fun experience for my 2 year old son, they toned down the fire when they noticed he wasnt a fan  Wheelchair accessibility: Has wheelchair access and handicap parking spots

I hate to leave a bad review, in part because the service was great, but the food was not. Sushi was far from fresh, and even the miso soup which is hard to mess up was not good.Food: 2/5

Great food busy Saturday night and I'm assuming they were short staffed, as it was a long wait for the cheif to come then our sushi got messed up. Complements to  the chief he was awesome food was delicious.Food: 5/5

First time at this Ichiban location. Our very tall waiter was awesome. The chef was very entertaining while cooking our food.Food: 5/5

I ordered through a food delivery service and got 3 rolls- a spicy tuna roll, a volcano roll and an "amazing roll." I wasn't amazed... Quite the opposite, for sure. The portion size on these rolls surprised me so much when they arrived I thought the delivery driver missed something. The value, or lack thereof in this case, per amount of food was crazy! I have eaten at other Ichibans before years ago and have tried other local sushi restaurants. I don't think "underwhelming" is the word for it. "Deplorable," better represents my experience here. I haven't even mentioned that the spicy tuna roll was off and the only reason I actually ate it was because of my hunger and my previous experiences never getting food poisoning despite eating so much seafood in my life, I'm a bit of a seafood-fanatic. I'll update this if I do in fact get sick.  I'm never eating here again, and I highly recommend you don't either. **Update20 min later**- decided to not eat the last 4 of the 6 spicy tuna rolls because of the risk.

The salad was terrible. There was literally 10 people inside eating and it still took an hour to get our food. The main course was just ok. I had steak and ordered it medium. It was way over cooked. Needless to say, we won't be eating there again.Food: 2/5
