I ordered classic Char Siu ramen without adding or replacing any ingredients. It was pretty good. Thick soup with decent amount of noodle. Giving 4 stars just because I had a better one somewhere in New York, I guess. Otherwise recommend it. I like choose noodle type option. Will come again  Vegetarian options: Ramen,some appetizers. First time ever trying “dipping” ramen with cold noodles and it was great! But what really surprised me was the honeydew bobba milk tea. It’s not a common flavor from what I know and it was mighty tasty.  Cool atmosphere and kind staff.

The ramen noodles were stiff, almost under cooked. The broth was really tasty. The spicy miso ramen was a good level of spicy without affecting the broth flavor. The char siu pork buns were soft and yummy.Food: 4/5

This has got to be the saddest crispy chicken ramen I have ever received from Ichiddo. This is not what I ordered and it has never looked like this. Is it just a few pieces of sad karaage that makes the dish now? Is the cutlet gone? This is extremely disappointing. I'll think twice before ordering ramen from this place again. They used to be one of the best.

Really good ramen place!!! Service was good, atmosphere was fine, it was really slow when we went around dinner time on a Monday. Good veg options. The harumake spring rolls? were reallllllly good. Price was $45 for two people with an appetizer and two bowls of ramen, no drinks. Will be going backFood: 5/5

Loved this place. I ordered the gyoza and shredded char Sui ramen and both dishes were yum. Probably one of the best ramen places in Minneapolis. The staff is also very prompt and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for some nice authentic ramen.  Also plenty of parking outside. I will certainly visit again.

Excellent soup, good noodles, and great toppings.  We tried spicy miso and seafood and liked both.  On a weekday night, it wasn’t crowded which made made it very relaxing.Recommended dishesTakoyaki, Seafood, Spicy Miso Ramen

We did a delivery order and we ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen and Mary ordered the Red Curry Ramen.  The noodles could have been cooked a bit more, I'm not sure if they did it super Al Dente due to it being a delivery order but I think it was under done.  Anyways the broth was super good for both of the Ramens and the egg was cooked perfectly as well as the meat.  Overall it was a great Ramen place!

Food was good and the service was okay. However, I ordered a Tan Tan cold noodle, but I got a hot broth ramen. They also don’t do substitutions for proteins, which is a bummer.
