Not sure how helpful my review will be since I only eat Tan Tan ramen. I can’t eat fatty meats or textures like chasu so there aren’t many options for me. When I lived in NY most restaurants have Tan Tan but here in OC, I’ve yet to come across a restaurant that serves it. That is why I was delighted to see a ground pork and Chasu option. My brother gets my chasu he normally orders extra for his bowl and I get my ground pork. Most of their ramens don’t have an egg or bamboo or corn all extra. The portions for appetizers and noodles were big. We all left very full. Food was also very good. Service was also great. Our server was really nice. We came 30 minutes before closing and they still had a lot of guests so the kitchen was a tad slow. I normally never want to go get ramen but now that I can macGyver my ramen here, I’ll definitely be wanting it more often

I enjoyed dining at this ramen spot!  The servers are friendly and they are able to give great suggestions of their popular dishes.  I ordered the miso garlic bomb ramen and added egg which was a wonderful addition and I was able to try my boyfriend’s order which I believe was the spicy Chashu Ramen with added egg. Both had a lot of flavor.  The only thing that was a bit offputting was their tap water.  It has a noticeable chemical aftertaste so we ended up ordering milk tea to go with dinner.  I will definitely be returning!

Omggggg this place is yummy! The noodles are so chewy and the soup base is exquisite. I ordered the veggie ramen with veggie broth with mild spicy miso. I ate in the restaurant and took the remaining at home and I ate it again and wow… it tasted the same and the noodles were the same. Usually the ramen noodles will absorb the broth, but not this place! Highly recommended

I went to Ichitaru Ramen with a group of friends last night. It's a small restaurant, but they tried their best to accommodate our group.  I ordered the Garlic Bomb Ramen Spicy Miso with extra Chashu and Soft Boiled Egg.  Broth: The garlic flavor was very good, I tasted garlic for the rest of the night! The broth was creamy and very salty, which got overwhelming halfway through the bowl. Noodles: The noodles are nice and chewy. Just standard ramen noodles. Chashu: The chashu was a little tough in some parts, but the fatty areas definitely melted in my mouth. I liked that they gave us large, thick slices.  Overall, I give a 4/5 due to how overly salty the broth was.

Hidden gem in Cypress. Didn't know about it until my former coworker suggested it. Pictured is the chicken curry ramen and definitely 5/5. Coming back for sure to try out the other ramens.Food: 5/5

My husband and I have been here more than a dozen times over the last few years. I can’t say we’ve ever gotten great service. It’s been “okay” at best. After sitting down, you will wait 10-15 mins before someone comes by to take your order.  We love the food here, but bad service is bad service. During our last visit we waited for more than 25 mins closer to 30 for someone to come by to take our order. The waitress apologized and said they were really busy. Well, they weren’t too busy to take the order from people who came in after us. They also weren’t too busy to take orders from walk ins.  We decided to leave and will not return again.

Have wanted Ramen for a long time and we decided to get this for my daughter's birthday. Came deconstructed for delivery. Easy to put together and beyond delicious. Had the Garlic Bomb ramen as well as the avacado balls and jalapeno bombs. Will definitely go back!!!

Yummy ramen. First time going here I ordered custom ramen with bacon bits, extra cashu and some corn in shoyu soup. I liked it a lot. Ordering was fast and easy. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their menu. The food came out pretty fast too. Will definitely come back for more!
