All correspondence regarding our wedding cake was done via email and phone. Despite not having an opportunity to meet with Debra or sample cakes due to distance, I couldn't have been more pleased!  Beach themed cake was exactly how I envisioned and very tasty!  Thank you for adding to the success of our special day!

This place is an absolute disaster. We received the cutting tier and cupcakes that were Ocean themed..which were okay, but not what my sister (the bride) discussed with Deb AT ALL. The flavor discussed was almond with peanut butter mousse and we received a lemon cake (it was so bad that the bride didn't even want to touch the cake). 

When reaching out to Deb after the wedding, her response was that she was rushing and a piece of paper that labeled the orders was switched. That is a HUGE mistake for two wedding parties that received completely incorrect orders. The cupcakes and cake did not make the theme of the wedding at all - we were lucky the bride didn't spit the lemon cake out when her new groom fed it to her since she was completely surprised by the flavor and also hates lemon cake. 

This was absolutely disappointing since so much time and effort goes into planning a wedding. You would think that if a business does this as a specialty, a mistake like this wouldn't slip through the cracks. 

Deb refunded JUST for the cutting tier and made a new cake that was almond and peanut butter mousse for her after the wedding...it was still Ocean themed and not the yellow and grey themed like she has asked.

The best cake ever,  they were great to work with and our cake was delicious!  It was delivered on time and was perfect

Deb at Icing on the Cakes made our AMAZINGLY delicious wedding cake top and cupcakes for our June 2016 wedding. Communication was great and Deb was awesome - the cake was even better. It arrived flawlessly and was set up just as requested - it looked spot on to our inspiration photos! We ordered extra cupcakes, but EVERY single cupcake got devoured at the reception! Everyone was RAVING about them! We got key lime, orange, and eclair. Can't wait to order some again for our first anniversary! :)

Charging a $1000 for a cake that has damages on arrival. And then refusing to refund anything or even apologize when the cake falls over because there is no support structure is terrible business. If I could give zero stars I would! Want a cake for your special day? don't trust these people with the job!
