Service was poor. When I asked to speak to the manager the owner came out. As I was explaining what was wrong with my order she gave me attitude. I remained calm as the owner is trying to argue with me about how my burger wasn't done all the way. It was still pink in the middle and when I brought that to her attention she said she would not replace the burger. 110% unsatisfied with this place. I would not recommend it to anyone. If you go make sure your food is cooked all the way. I mean they won't replace it anyway even if it was.

Very good. Love the burgers and steak salad. Nice hometown atmosphere. Ribs on Friday!

Great local restaurant. Best hamburger around. Cozy atmosphere. Don't forget to look up :-)

This place is that hole in the wall that everybody love. The place is clean, the staff friendly, and the food awesome. The Big Ick is a favorite and is a sloppy, delicious burger. The ceiling offers entertainment while you are waiting for your food. The only issue I really have is the ugly OSU banner hanging over the bar.
