This place is amazing and always has been extremely helpful. I have gone through some major changes in the past couple years with insurances and the people at ICNE have been extremely gracious and helpful. Eileen and Lori were nothing but kind when my needs were voiced. Whenever I needed to visit, I was seen by someone within 5 minutes of arriving. Even during the times where I could not make it in person, everyone was considerate and caring over the phone or via email. This place has done nothing but save me money!

If you are looking for an insurance company that will gladly take your money every month but add no value then this is the place for you. Their complete lack of communcation and poor customer service is only surpassed by the feeling of entitlement while talking to one of their reps. 

Congrats Insurance Centers on New England, you win the award for the worst customer facing company in New England.
