We are a fully encompassing fitness center that uses HIIT (High intensity interval training) as the core of our workouts in a fun filled manner through obstacles to gain results. From Tough Mudder to Spartan Races, Ninja Warrior to weight training we’ve got it all. Our team designed a new fitness facility that holds open gym sessions along with specifically calibrated classes to create a unique, fun, goal oriented facility that will challenge you physically and mentally. We hold classes to train for tough mudder, spartan and obstacle course racing, Ninja Warrior training, kids classes, Parkour along with traditional weight training.
Some are calling us “Intense!” “Thrilling!” “Gnarly!” and “Hardcore!” We call it extreme fitness and far from ordinary.
