I left Jenison 15+ yrs ago. I loved Ida's products- but always dreaded going in there because she is so rude. Nothing has changed. Still great Dutch items, but damn, she is still awful to customers. She used to be nasty to my children, and now she's horrible to my grandchildren.
The store must exist on filling prepaid orders.

Loyal customer for many many years. Only downside is you really can't go anywhere else and enjoy a donut after Ida's...you'll be too spoiled :) The staff is wonderful and always make you feel welcome, even when they have multiple customers. Highly recommend 👍
