I went to the BCA in regards to a concern I had with a builder right at the beginning of the lock down for Idaho because of the pandemic. I was concerned because a reputable builder that does the St. Jude dream home was insisting that their trades work in close proximity to each other in spite of the guidelines they had set themselves. Berkley building was making trades work on top of one another just so they could get pictures done so they could be on the news. I witnessed 12 people in the house, as well as three Berkley superintendents in the driveway chatting with various people with no regard for the pandemic, or their own company guidelines. They were huddled up carrying on as if they had no concern. The reason I give one star to the BCA is because I called them to explain my concerns. They have made no difference in spite of assuring me they would. To date this company is not following protocol. BCA apparently does not influence their followers.
Awesome, professional association. 5 stars for the association and another 5 stars for Patricia Walker, it’s Membership Director.
It was great meeting with the staff.
