Dr. Wood is just as fantastic today as he was 10 years ago! I love this man and all that he has done for my health. The nurses are wonderful. The office goes out of its way. Above and beyond. Dr. Wood made it possible for me to work on other parts of myself after relieving my pain and showing me what was wrong and being able to treat the issues

The communication from this office is the worst I have ever seen. After my husband had a horrible experience with them, I was recommended to them for my own problems and decided to give them a second chance. They rushed me through, told me I needed expensive procedures with little to no thought to alternatives. They said they gave me a referral to someone who may actually be able to help me. After multiple phone calls from me to them I haven't heard anything back and they never made the referral so now I have to see ANOTHER doctor just for the referral. I will NEVER be back to this office, absolutely horrible.

it was a great experience. I was well cared for, everyone was professional, kind, thoughtful. I would recommend them to everyone. Dr. Witte was awesome.

I have been very unimpressed with the doctors and staff here. After not listening to my history and calling me a liar to my wife they did an endoscopy to confirm what I had already told them. Because the first endoscopy did not confirm what the Dr wanted to see (but did correlate to everything that I was saying ) Dr. Dell'aglio did a 2nd endoscopy (I can only suppose trying to prove me wrong and him right) and still did not find anything to support his preconceived ideas. When I tried to call the office to get the results of tests the office staff couldn't tell me anything and said that I would have to come in for a consultation with a P.A. Not gonna happen. The Dr. did the tests, I should have the ability to talk to the Dr. about what he saw instead of a P.A. who wasn't there and is only reading notes. Then, two weeks later, someone finally called me back, didn't identify who they where just that they were from Idaho Gastro; to tell me that the Dr. wanted me to take over the counter PPIs. When I asked her about the test results she seemed confused and evasive and gave me wrong information. I can understand a Dr. looking at a situation and having a preconceived idea of what might be going on. It's just how things work, you form an idea, investigate that idea and either prove or disprove it. But don't charge a patient for needless tests because you didn't listen to them in the first place and then can't admit that you're wrong. The fact that they forced me to have to procedures at St. Luke's instead of a less expensive facility means that I have to deal with St. Luke's terrible billing department and pay higher costs than I should have. I'll be looking elsewhere for a competent Gastroenterologist.
