I went in for a consultation. Extreme anxiety had me red in the face. Townsend and Christine were wonderful. They answered my every questions and were very informative. I will be returning for the work to be performed next week and I'm not nearly as nervous after meeting with them. Wonderfully helpful and kind office staff as well. I'm certainly thankful to have been referred to Idaho Perio.

My appointments with Dr. Townsend were nothing short of perfect! He is very attentive and explains everything precisely. The outcome of my extraction and fill in of bone could not have gone better. All of the staff were friendly and professional. My thanks to all!

I went in for a periodontal exam. Pepper was the hygienist who worked on me. She was extremely professional, efficient and friendly. Her exam was not painful and my appointment was over before I knew it!! I would highly recommend this practice as both professional and extremely friendly! I was also given the choice of having pain medication or not and I appreciated that option since I prefer NOT receiving shots if given the choice. While having your teeth worked on can cause some anxiety or pain, this practice reduces both!

I have been impressed with the office staff, Dr Hasen and the care I have received for 2 implants within 2 months!  Dr Hansen cares about what you need and your concerns. Everyone in the office are incredibly happy and positive all the time! Their concern for me has been amazing! I have been happy with the work Dr Hansen has done for me.

I really appreciated Dr. Hansen's personal interest in me.  He took the time to review my history and fully explain my treatment options.  He very effectively used a variety of  media tools to illustrate my periodontal situation, the various treatment methods, and their potential outcomes.  His front office personnel are extremely courteous, helpful  and efficient.  His dental assistant, Stephanie, was very caring and explained the schedule and costs of the treatment I selected.   I highly recommend Idaho Perio as a  great dental treatment facility.
