Went here at 10:30 on a Saturday, and despite the sign clearly stating they opened at 10 on Friday and Saturday, nobody was there.  I called a different store to let them know and she mentioned Fairview & Fivemile had the same problem.  Totally unacceptable since this is the only place in our archaic state we can buy hard alcohol.

My boyfriend and I went in for a specific rum. They told us they didn't have it but could get it from another store for us. The store called and told us it was in store. When we went to pick it up the next day, they couldn't find it and assumed they sold it since it was not in their system. The ladies were apologetic and said they would get two more this time. Again, got a call it was there and we have 2 days to pick it up. On the second day, we went to go pick it up. Once again, they sold both. The guy at the register was very rude about it. At this point, we don't even want the rum. What's the point of putting something on hold for someone and sell it within the 2 days they have to pick it up? And the attitude given from the guy at the register about our frustration of ordering 3 bottles of rum and all 3 being sold.
