I think the staff was friendly, but their appointment setting needs tons of improvement. I went in for my consultation and paid for my services and was told to come in the next day. I was super stoked due to the fact that I've longed for the service I paid for. I booked my appointment and went on about my day, got a call around 7pm that day informing me that they could not see me the next day or get me in until March 27, 25 days after.. when I asked for my money back they proceeded to offer me services I did not want. I let them know that I didn't want those services and told them I would just call back because I was quite irritated and didn't want to say something mean. I called back today and now they're telling me they can get me in next week. I feel like there needs to be a different way of scheduling appointments. At this point I feel forced to take the appointment next week because its not like they're going to compensate the inconvenience on their behalf. Sadly I will be letting my friends know of my experience here.

Shady place with super aggressive sales tactics. Don't give in to pressure, their sales reps are trained to lure you to sign up for loans amounting to thousands of dollars for laser hair removal that can be done at other places at a fraction of the price that Ideal Image demands. I was quoted $12,000 for legs and bikini area, and almost coerced into taking a loan from their partnering Chase bank to pay for it. DON'T sign for it. RUN. This place is shady and reeks of malpractice.

Ideal image is AMAZING. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I have went to two sessions and had a different P.A. Each time and both of them were amazing! Will definitely be getting my whole body done.

The staff is very nice. I decided to have the full Brazilian done about a year ago. Before I went to them I was shaving probably every week. Since I started the laser treatments I have not had to use a razor one time. It is worth every penny. I still go back every 4 months to have touch up treatments. The time I have saved with this treatment is amazing. My treatments only take about 5 mins
