This is a great location and staff! I have been wanting to do laser hair removal for years, and hear Ideal's ads on the radio station often. I finally got the opportunity to go in and meet with Nastasha last month. The office was super clean and inviting, like a spa experience. They are very thorough and asked a lot of questions to ensure that you are a great candidate for the procedure. She was very helpful and answered all of my many questions with knowledge and kindness. I booked my first appointment that day for hair removal. I was greeted, by name, when I came in for my procedure a couple weeks later. The nurse who preformed my laser hair removal was amazing. She talked me through every step and went at a pace that was comfortable for me. I did not experience much pain at all. I have started with my upper lip, armpits and bikini area. I love the results so far and can't wait to see the progression. I have called to get my legs done next because I love it so much. Thank you to all the staff there, for making it a great experience for me. I will and do refer Ideal Image Southcenter to everyone I come across.

Hi, I would like to share my experiences with Ideal Image. The front desk staff was very nice and professional at check in day of my consultation. I met with Nastasha and we really had a wonderful time talking about doing a procedure. Nastasha was very informative and has extremely great knowledge of her job. She was very professional and gave me many options to help me make the right decision for me. Even through, I did not do the procedure due to another emergency situation, I was very pleased with the service from all of the staff members. Thank you guys so much and keep up the good work! KM

These people are like family to me. I have personally seen management go out of there way for unsatisfied guests. So the hoopla from negative reviews about them just wanting money seems far fetched to me. All of the staff has treated me with kindness and respect. Never once have I felt taken advantage of. For injectables Jenny is top notch! For BBL I love Alyssa! Nastasha the consultant is very personable and willing to help. I am always HAPPY to walk in the doors at II southcenter.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would! I went in for a consultation, and it went really well in the beginning (as I see most people have said here so far). Ladies at the desk were very nice as well. I met with Natasha(or a similar spelling) she was quite nice and semi informative, all she did was repeat herself and any questions I had she answered the same. At the end she offered financing and once I read the paperwork and realized this would go on my credit and I take pride in my credit I told her I would talk to my husband and this about it. She got irritated then and asked if I would like her to leave the room so I could call my husband and I told her no Ill speak with him in person and she uncomfortably kept asking me what questions he would have and that she didn't want me to miss out on this promotion. When she presented me the papers with the promotion the numbers didnt add up and then she reprinted them and erased something and the price was the same I realized she was just trying to get a deal and meet her quota so I told her ill call or email her and she well how about I just get your information so if you want to go through with it all we'll need to do is push a button. I said fine as long as nothing is on my credit. She asked for my social and I hesitated she said it's just for my records so I continued I started feeling really uncomfortable with her so I left and I decided I would come back next week and speak with someone else. When I got home I emailed her and told her thank you but I don't want this on my credit so when I'm ready to pay in cash I'll be back she responded that she could do payments in house and didn't want me to miss this deal and I responded with No thank you!!! Come to find out I got a letter in the mail for finance approval from them. THIS LADY RAN MY CREDIT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!!!!! AFTER I TOLD HER AT LEAST 5 TIMES NO THANK YOU! Just to get a deal for herself. Thank God I have a fantastic lawyer, this is completely unlawful and a scam and unprofessional..so glad I have my emails! I contacted the manager Rich and he could not care once ounce, said he would call me back, never did. THIS is the type of things that companies do for their business and hurt people and I'm just the wrong person they tried to scam. Glad my lawyer will handle the rest since their company won't!!! DO NOT GET SERVICES HERE!!! they are pushy and unprofessional.
