I had a great consultation with Ideal Image. I appreciated so much their professionalism and openness about the great service they provide, the costs and the options I have. I was really impressed with their facility and the staff that work with patients like me. Unfortunately, at this time, I'm not going to be able to commit to the great offer based on my finances. But I will keep it in mind for later.

The service was horrible!  Especially the Manager.  When I got there for my appointment that Christine the Manager had cleared with me just the night before, I waited for 40 minutes for the girls in the office to tell me they couldn't treat me that day because the Nurse couldn't make it to clear me.  I had driven 2 hours and taken a day off work that morning to get to my appointment on time!  I then had to drive farther to the Ideal Image in Orem for my treatment.  It was such a stressful awful day!  Christine the Manager,  never called me to apologize for any of it!!  Also don't waste your time on Cool sculpting!  For the amount of $ you pay it really doesn't work and it's very expensive.  If you do want treatments of any kind however, I recommend you do not go to the West Jordan location.

Do NOT waste your time or money at this place! By far the worst business I’ve ever experienced. It is way over priced. “Life time warranty” my ass! You’ll have to pay for every touch up needed after your treatments are over. Getting an appointment here is a nightmare. They over book and or change plans at the last minute! Terrible customer service. They don’t make you feel welcomed. You’re a chore more than anything. I would give it zero stars if I could!

This place has the worst customer service ever! They cancel appointments last minute and trying to reschedule is impossible unless you want to wait a month from your cancelled appointment date for a time that works into your schedule. I have been cancelled on twice in a row so now I will be going 3 months between treatments for a second time. They were dishonest when I had my consultation and when I went in for my treatments they told me I would have to pay an additional 1k for what I wanted done because the person “forgot” to add it and she had since quit. The part she forgot to add was the main reason I wanted hair removal in the first place, I decided to add it anyways because there was no point arguing with them. I also just found out that the “lifetime warranty” isn’t included in the thousands of dollars you spend on your treatments, you have to pay for every touch up once you finish your treatment plan and I was told it was included in the price or I never would have started. I could go on and on about all the issues I have had with this place since starting my treatments, I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here for anything, i'm sure there are better places that treat their customers with loyalty and respect .

The staff is always so helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and courteous of my time when I go in. I’ve been a client at a couple locations and the experience has been consistently great!
