Loved it when it was a corporation. Changed to franchise in early Sept, had a treatment today. It left 5 burn marks on my leg. They told me "at least it won't be there for 6 months. It'll be gone in about 2 weeks. Hopefully it won't scar. It's just superficial and looks good considering." Oh, and they (the nurse that created the burns and two receptionists) did this in the middle of the lobby. No advice on treating it. No pictures. No documentation. No privacy. Will continue at Ideal corporation (Cleveland specifically) but NEVER again a franchise, especially this one.

The staff is very nice and friendly facility clean. but im very unhappy with results i seen no difference in my chin. My chin issue was small i thought if i caught it now il b ok. I don't have a turkey neck. Were i would need 2-4more procedure and all they could say was would like to retry again 1600 plus dollars no thank u.

Very professional friendly staff guided me through every step great. Great atmosphere from entrance to exit I was pleased and I had looked at other places. I did my neck line and back of neck done. I went to a local facility previous and it didn't work, I mean 12 treatments and they kept coming back. I'm on my way to being hair free finally yay.

Nice enough facility BUT... This place has TERRIBLE business practices. I went in having read the reviews about high pressure sales tactics and disreputable practices expecting the worst and boy was I right! I went from my free consultation for hair removal on my face (full beard). I was quoted over 20k for a package of nine treatments. Let me repeat that TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL JUST ON MY FACE!!! As I was reeling in abject shock I was offered their “buy one get one deal” which knocked the price down to around 6k. When I still wouldn't bite, and said I was going to go home and think about it, I was told I HAD to make a commitment on the spot or loose the “deal” and the price would go back up to 20k when I came back. When I still wouldn't bite, and was preparing to leave, the consultant magically was able to combined the areas I was looking to have done into some new package and offer some other discount that knocked the price down to 4k. When I pressed about their “lifetime guarantee” it turns out to be a “lifetime membership” that would require me to pay a $300 deductible for any treatments after the nine treatment pack. The whole experience left me feeling dirty like I had just been handled by a slimy used care salesman. I did some checking and got a second opinion and now I am scheduled at a local facility to have the same treatments for $150 each (aka $1350 for nine treatments) BEWARE IDEAL IMAGE AND ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION!
