I love Dr. Iglesias, but I don't like their procedures.They charge you before every little thing. Had to leave the examining room to pay for my injection before they would give it to me. $3 -- I had to pay my co-pay for an x-ray before they would take the x-ray. $3. Silly procedures. Because of the shortfalls of others this is what I have to deal with.

Been to this Dr’s for 5 years...this last visit has been a horrible experience...staff is rude, the PA’ s are not trained on recognizing pain a patient is having. The professional staff won’t talk to me on phone...they only referred me to a pain specialist which may hopefully take another day or two...I have been in pain for6 days only being treated with NSAID’s, & steroids... do not go to this place.... took me 3 hours to get in & see someone....totally awful experience.
Not even worth one star.

Wait time is ridiculous! Came to the night clinic right after a 12 hr shift feeling sick only to be waiting in the lobby for HOURS! I have come here for over 10 yrs with Mr. Vela day time (great bedside manners) however, today I have to walk away. In pain and in tears just to get seen AND NOT BE ABLE TO GET MEDS due to pharmacy closing at 10pm! HORRIBLE!

Terrible experience with front office staff,  my insurance was not covered / when in fact it was covered and now I have to wait 3 weeks for refund....They are quick to take your money, but not quick to admitt they made a mistake.   Need better afternoon staff, not polite at all...

Great doctors but front desk is a little rude and the wait time is always 3-5hrs even with an appointment
