Story

Arlene Castro and Jean Broad are the broker owners of iGo Realty. Formerly with Remax, We decided to take our experience and open a local go-to real estate company in Commerce City, Co. We enjoy working with people from all walks of life. Helping buyers and sellers is our passion. We keep abreast to the changes that occur in the market through research and study. We have over 30 years combined experience and have met some wonderful people. We love what we do and hope that we will be able to assist you with all of your real estate needs.

My husband and I previously had a very poor buying experience from an inexperienced realtor and lender, so we were very skeptical going into this process. I have to tell you that Jean Broad was AMAZING! She made everything clear and simple and had our best interest in mind the entire time. She was very knowledgeable about the VA loan process and expectations, and matched us with a lender who was equally as knowledgable. We are beyond happy with our new home and experience with Jean and iGo Realty. Highly recommended!!!

Great experience!!! Arlene was very professional, kept me in the loop throughout the process, made excellent suggestions for creating a welcoming home for potential buyers and sold my home in less than 30 days! I couldn't have chosen a better agent!

Jean and Arlene, the owners of iGO, are original, founding members of the Commerce City Chamber of Commerce. They participate in some local events and functions, I can't list them all! They have many years of experience, I whole-hearted recommend this firm.
