We've gone to this IHOP location half a dozen times. The wait staff is always friendly and attentive. The food is decent. For what you get, the prices are a little high. Denny's is probably a little cheaper and Jim's, which is just down the street, is basically the same level of food for much less.

Came at 3:30 in the morning, wasn't expecting much. They treated me to the best omelette I've ever had, along with excellent service. I'll definitely be back.

Not a good visit. Went for all you can eat pancakes. Server up sold me on a combo, i got the first part and waited an hour for my first 3 pancakes.

Exceptional service and food quality. A well managed operation. I visit quite often because of this locations value proposition. Cannot say that for most other IHOP locations.

My girlfriend and I came in for a late dinner. We were seated right away, but she be hostess admitted to not know if she was going to be serving us or not. She took our drink orders and came back without straws. Not a big deal except she said she'd get is some. She returned with them 10 minutes later, not a big deal She took our order, then moments later about server approached us asking about taking out order. We explained that it was already taken. Now we were feeling like there is a bit of incompetence going on. We waited 30 minutes for our food, the resteraunt want busy, and there were plenty of people working, we know this because we could hear them all hanging out in the kitchen. The food arrived cold, and my girlfriend couldn't even think about eating cold biscuits and gravy. This is what happens when teenagers are left to run the place.
