It's unfortunate but this particular IHOP located near the hip gets really cold during the winter months. That may sound extraordinary to some but it's very difficult to enjoy a meal when it's frigid cold inside the actual restaurant. It was so cold to the point where the patrons were actually dining with their coats on. I can often heard people complaining as I did about the Heat. As I looked and pandered around the room I could see moms covering their small children even rubbing their hands together. I have no complaints about the staff. The staff was fantastic. I had even spoken with the manager concerning this matter "which was very nice" but he could only tell me that the heat was on.  The food would have been great if it would have stayed hot before I could eat it all. I ordered some pancakes on this particular day and the butter on top didn't even melt as they typically do at other IHOP's..lol. This is just a word to the wise for people who actually read these reviews. Think twice if we're going to this particular IHOP in winter month. Especially if you like to be comfortable with your coats off...

Ordered the stuffed cheesecake French toast.
When it arrived it had. 1/2 Teaspoon of filling.
Inquired to manager Manny he stated 
That is It...  Not appetizing eating only bread when you order something stuffed.  I will not return.

We arrived around 12:45 p.m. today. We waited for 20+ minutes to be seated. 10+ minutes goes by and no one comes by. We got up and asked the hostess if they knew we got sat and no one has came by. The waiter saw us talking to the hostess and came to take our order. He said he'd bring us more sugar. He never did. We waited on the food for about 30 min. When it arrived, my order was wrong. I also got a steak omelette. The steak was bland and super greasy, making the whole dish inedible. Our waiter never checked on us and didn't bring us the check. Never again. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

Very nice staff and clean.   Not the best food in the world but it is decent.

We were seated quickly and our orders were taken, not correctly of course. My mothers hashbrowns were sent back 3 times, still very under cooked and our waitress seemed clueless. She couldn't even remember the food was sent back. I would recommend not choosing this location.
