Staff was very friendly and attentive, and the food was great! Would definitely come back to this location! :)

Visited this IHOP at about 10:45 am, and didn't wind up leaving until 1:30. Between the wait for seating, and the wait for food, it was beyond ridiculous. Dirty unbussed tables everywhere. However, our server was aware that things weren't going well that day, maintained her composure, was clearly embarrassed, and apologized multiple times. While other servers and (I assume) managers walked right by all the dirty tables, our server picked up tables when she could. Every business has an off day. But staffing appropriately to avoid these situations is paramount when it comes to earning regular customers. Probably won't return.

Great variety. All kinds of choices and a Seniors menu. Only drawback pancakes are not served hot enough to melt butter. No clue why but I am a regular and last visit the ham looked grilled with a little char but was cold when I bit into it. Maybe nit-picking but no warmed syrup either. And for a House of Pancakes warmed syrup would be a nice touch.

I️ only come to this IHop bc they usually give me a good amount of grits  and it’s close to my house:however, FYI if you do a to- go order and the person on the line doesn’t take your name or number expect to wait 15-20 minutes when you get there. Why? Because the person didn’t put it in and they have to make it.This has happened to me 2-3 times .

Just wonderful, rarely have I been to a restaurant and everything served was prepared to protection. Nothing over cooked everything fresh. Presented well. 
I had not been to that IHOP in a while. 
Best breakfast on the Westbank! Server was excellent, great attitude.
