I wished I caught her name but she had on a light blue shirt I was so impressed by this woman!!! I’m a manager at a hotel; the  professionalism was beyond believable. The fact my friend and I had to much to drink at a bar to celebrate his promotion and for her to enjoy his company and tend her other guest was excellent customer service and management skills. The two years I’ve lived here I had never saw that and teach my employees all the time how to handle attention seekers. This women needs a raise or promotion cause I’m beyond impressed and I know when she decides she had enough I’ll take her. Congratulations on well proper training and see you as regional manager

Worst IHOP I've been to. I was not greeted for 10min. after walking in the door. I counted 3 tables of customers with 2 people each table & 1 manager on shift with 2 cooks & 5 wait staff.  Everyone including cooks saw me walk in but no one took the initiative to greet me. 
Finally an employee came to take my to-go order. After it was placed a couple was walking out & made the comment get ready to wait for hours. Well they weren't kidding because while there I observed 3 sets of couples walk out because no one bothered ti greet them either. After waiting 40min. I hear an employee ask about my to-go order & the cooks reply with, "what to-go order?"
The on staff manager did not seem in control or care to be of the staff. The staff were not concerned with doing work. 
Never again will I visit this location & it'll surprise me if it doesn't shut down soon.

I ordered on PostMates and didn’t receive half my order which in total was over $40.00. I called to let them know most of my order was missing, when the lady picked up the phone she was rude and no help whatsoever, she said “it was rung up as regular bacon and the driver didn’t grab the drinks” however I checked the ticket. Everything was ordered correctly. The driver also told me when asked about the drinks that they never made any drinks. Horribly dissatisfied and I will never return. Horrible service. However the driver was great! :)

Waited two hours for a simple meal. The floor and bathrooms were dirty. Maybe they were understaffed at the time.

I miss kiki she is great and she makes my kids happy they absolutely adore kiki we have come in a few times but she wasnt there we asked about kiki to others and was rudely told she is not here and what are you drinking from that moment on i just wanted our food so we could go WE WANT KIKI BACK!!!!!!!
