We came to my baby's choice after a pretty invasive lung test as a cheer up session with a side of bribery lol. To our surprise and excitement they have a NEW WONKA MENU...and it DIDN'T DISAPPOINT!!! My baby started with a fancy sparkly prickly pear lemonade topped with cotton candy. She loved it! She order the Wonka cakes a la cart and after some strategic menu maneuvering added sausages and a hash brown. She got everything she wants and Nothing she didn't eggs !
The food: delicious. The service: reasonable. The atmosphere: pleasant. Overall, I would go here again for the food and aesthetic. The food options were delicious, variable, and had a choice for everyone. My friends ordered pancakes ,and I ordered eggs Benedict, which were delightful. The buns were soft, yet not soggy from the sauce. Mushrooms were well-coooked and tender. The meat was tender and juicy. Eggs were done exactly how I liked them. The waffles were delicious accordingtomyfriend. Everything was upto standard. However, the service was definitely processing our requests slow, which us understandable as we came in during a busy time. It would have been nice to receive more attention, especially when you've been trying to get in for a while. Overall, not many complaints were made, despite the slow service. The seats were also comfortable offering booths and tables. We had a great breakfast here!
I just left IHOP, I arrived with my husband and a friend. We set to wait for my mother and my sister and my niece, to celebrate my birthday. A woman that works there came up to me and told me that I could not sit myself, and I had to stand back up until they arrived. She said the trick is to wait to be seated till everyone from the party arrives. I told her the trick is for someone to be at the front. Because there was nobody to tell us that I thought I could choose a table. Any who I was already seated. And I am not happy with the service. We left. They probably missed out on $250 can't believe I was asked to stand up and wait. Even on my birthday!. Not coming to this IHOP again

It was a while since I was here, but I wanted to give it a second chance. My experience was excellent compared to the last time I was there. Staff was very friendly, the food and atmosphere were great. I'm glad I came back!Food: 5/5
Came here for one of the IHOP hour meals with my son. It was a clean and quiet establishment. Kristen met us at the door with great energy. The crepe my son had was devoured so it had to be good. I had the tenders and pancakes and it was a good savory and sweet combo. We appreciated the fast service and hot food. We decided to make this a family ritual, movie at AMC then IHOP with Kristen after.
My dad and I came in for a late night breakfast. When we walked through the door there was no other customers. Once we sat down, three other parties came in. There was only one server on the floor whose name I believe was Kristen. Being the only server on the floor, they were absolutely wonderful and charismatic. Service was great, food was great!
Our waitress was slow and had to be reminded to bring items we asked for several times. She delivered our food and it was cold. Then staff was so busy playing and laughing with one another they failed to pay customers any attention. The food was not good at all. How can ihop get pancakes wrong? Mine was burned and cold smh. The kitchen area was messy and not so clean. I will never visit the Crestwood location ever again.
