Delicious food and pancakes although the service did take a bit long. It's okay though as I and my parents loved our pancakes. Worth the wait!
It was great service ok food, but it was so hot inside i could barely eat, i thought i may passout. Not sure why it was that hot it was hard to breatg.Food: 3/5
Really good service for us showing up at 2 AM, and the food was excellent. My crepes were nice and light and probably the best I've gotten at an IHOP honestly. And they were chill with us ordering some food to go for our friend at home. Only real knock I have is generic cheap sit down issues, sticky table, and the booth seat was the over used/collapsing kind of soft which would have been uncomfortable if we were kept waiting. But I could make that complaint against most Shari's and Denny's and not have had as good of food or service. Good Job IHOP. ;tldr, pretty good IHOP, late shift cook makes a good crepe
Service was fine. Cooks made a mistake on one of the meals everyone done eating before the 4th meal arrived my then the rice cold and under cooked my girls burger a little pink my boy friends food cold refused to let us have the kids eat free manager say old promo but website says kids eat free won't make the drive from Yakima to eat there again just very unsatisfied
Awful. Looked for somewhere close to i90. Cold food. Cold waffles and pancakes. Rock hard hash browns. Could not cut them with my fork and could barely chew them. Eggs and sausage were good tho. Bacon felt like it sat under the heater for a really long time. Omelet had a hair in it and my bf was gagging lol. Waitress was sweet. Food not so much. Ate it and tipped anyway.
Food is certainly acceptable, but nothing crazy. Price is pretty dang good especially during their "I-Hoppy Hour." Unfortunately, I consistently wait at least 10 mins to be seated as they never have enough staff on shift so service is fairly slow. As well, the atmosphere is pretty cold and unfeeling and the seats aren't particularly comfortable. Overall it's an okay dining experience; really my only draw is that it's open somewhat late I'll decide to eat there anytime between 4-11 pm and it's relatively cheap.
Super chill diner experience. Most IHOP can't capture the classic diner feel. This one comes as close as possible. Awesome place to get a cup of cocoa and some pancakes on a cold winter night.Food: 5/5
I met my family here- from spokane, Seattle and Yakima central location. We ate great food, outstanding friendly service and no pressure to leave. We visited for an hour and a half. It was a lovely visit.Food: 5/5
It's just okay food. I'd rather go someplace that's not a chain. My son loves all you can eat pancakes but that wasn't going when we went.
Update March 1, 2021 Our waitress Mimi was very friendly. November 12, 2020 Came in for lunch. Our waitress Shonna C. Was very friendly. They got rid of The CHEESE BURGER OMLET so some IHOPS don’t know how to make but they did here today. August 16, 2020 Our waitress Megan J. sat us. She was on top of things. July 27, 2020 First day IHOP opening their doors since the out break. Open till 10pm. Our waitress Courtiney told us we were the third customers since she started her shift at three. She was happy to start serving us. Courtiney was on top of the coffee & making sure our needs were met.
