I love this location the services are just outstanding in the morning and noon shifts. The lady was attentive and pleasant the food was great and affordable just a great location.

Food is always excellent.  Our waitress didn't want to be there and said so many times I want to go home. When employee show and don't want be at work it shows in attitude and actions.  Made us feel like we inconvenience her coming in.  We eat there many times and service and cooks have been excellent, not so last night.Food: 5/5

The cook was arguing with the server it was such an awkward atmosphere. Not to mention it took 20 minutes for my chicken and waffles to come out because "to go orders are priority" not those who are dining in, which I was. My chicken was overcooked they were hard and so was my waffles. I only recommend coming here if there is nowhere else in the city to go.

Jayden was extremely Helpful He greeted me kindly at the door and completed my To go order in the most professional way not to mention answering questions I had regarding the different omelets You offer. He was great at multitasking and helping my visit be a five star experience. The cook ‍ The waitress the whole morning staff were working as a team and truly kind thank you so much for your hard work and super treatment. I visited the ihop  Friday at 11am

Long wait for food that 2 items had to replaced because it was not what was ordered.  After long wait to be told no broccoli. Sugar dispenser had none so we took from another table. Cuterly was filthy. Poor customer service. I am done with IHOP.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF staff were arguing and eating in front of guests, chewing while taking orders, and complaining about guests in front of them. honestly seemed like half the staff was high, including delayed readiness and bloodshot eyes. food was barely decent.

This review is for the I hop that just opened on copans rd and us1 pompano bch. Save your money.  2 of us was $36.00 one order was pancakes and 2 eggs, the other order was 2 eggs hash browns  and toast  along with 2 cups of coffee. Noone was is the restaurant and it took 25 mins to get the food. Waste of time and money

Food was amazing but the service was awful. Our waitress was rude and disrespectful and telling people the card machine was not working when she took our cards just after that. Disappointed.

Quick bite early morning on a tight schedule, not fast food quick but it paid off with the quality of service and the food taste and presentation, the service was great and very personable.Food: 4/5

Had a great Birthday breakfast.Food: 5/5
