Good menu options however it’s very busy and number of severs are comparatively less. One has to wait for them to come to your table . For adhoc requests or refills.  There’s a lot of communication issue/gap . You tell them something they do something else. Nelson was unpleasantly rude and not customer friendly.  Our server was occupied with a lot of tables . They really need to work on customer service and time management and communication & following instructions.  Overall okay .

Never been to this particular IHOP, but I must say we had excellent service at this particular IHOP. Server was prompt and courteous. Our food came out quick and was appreciatively hot. I had a great experience overall.Food: 5/5

Bomb a** crepes are made here. Everytime. Just wish they gave you more lingon berry butter to go! Don't worry review readers!  I got the menu!

Home run! Every time you go to IHOP you smile! A restaurant built around pancakes. Yes they have other foods and lunch and burgers and all that, but really, who can see last those delicious stacks!  Love it. Service was really good too!!

There was a cockroach on my coffee and it was fresh I cant believe that something like this can happen when it was really obvious to see it.

It's been 17 years since I been home to Long Island and wanted to grab a quick bite.  I figured IHOP was close and would be relatively quiet at 9:36 am.  I was completely wrong.  This specific location was packed!!  At least 30+ hungry people waiting.  Luckily I was by myself and scored a table in the walking aisle.  Not my first choice for seating, but it was open and available.  My waitress was friendly and checked on me regularly despite her workload.  I ordered a large orange juice which was filled nearly to the brim; not short-changed like many other places.  And I ordered the Big Steak Omelette which was more than I can finish.  My side were the 3 pancakes since their "All You Can Eat Pancakes" special ended.  I can eat.  And I could NOT finish my breakfast.  Excellent service.  Excellent food.  And received a Veteran discount.  The only "negative" I can Identify is, they need more room for people waiting.  There is limited seating and there were at least 25-35 people standing when I left.  Overall, 5-Stars!!
