Food is always good here.  Today we had scrambled eggs, pancakes, and strawberry banana french toast.  Would order all of them again.  Don’t be deceived by the outside of the building, the food tastes better than the building would suggest.Food: 5/5

It's IHOP! Pancakes are always great, and the combinations are endless for the types and toppings. Great eggs, omelettes, and brunch items. The steak tips and eggs was better than expected. Service is always great and friendly.  This particular place has a tiny parking lot which always makes it a challenge.Food: 4/5

The breakfast is crazy good and Inexpensive. The wait sometimes be outrageous the best thing they incorporated was.. they text now when your table is ready. Good service gives you a good mood and it makes your food taste better. Will definitely be backFood: 5/5

Server was very nice. Me and my partner order a coffee, tea, and pancakes. The food never came, I tried waiting because I can see that there is a shortage in staff, but 45 minutes of waiting is not acceptable. Finally, the overall cleanliness needs to be better. Will not be returning.Food: 1/5

I truly like the IHOP, but I was very disappointed. The pancakes was very hard, not fluffy and golden like they usually usually be. The other thing I noticed that it was a turn off and when I realize it that the women that was handling the food had long hair I feel that a very unsanitary because here can fall in the food when I realize that I took one bite of my food and I left the rest. I did not complain because I did not want to make a scene.

Our food was really good, otherwise I would have been trying to figure out how to give negative stars! We were basically ignored, our server left without giving us the check or having someone continue our service. I asked for a box but ultimately had to go to the kitchen rail and ask for one. We waited for about 20 minutes before we went to the register and said “we need to leave”.  Thanks to my husband because I was ready after 5 minutes to say enough is enough. Never did get a check but rather paid what they said we owed, so not even sure if we were billed correctly. I love IHOP, worked at one for 6 years when I was younger, but this store is definitely a no-go in the future.

Yummy. Yummy. Yummy. I wish I had some of the pictures and video clips that my friend took. The pancakes and food were incredible. The waitress was kind. We even had a funny goof-up where even though my friend ca$h-apped me money for the bill my card was still declining. The workers were so understanding and kind and we figured it out. 5/5 stars

Great IHOP to stop by. Smaller than others we've been to but with a great punch of hospitality and one of the best, great server I've ever encounter in our travels name Ashleigh. It was a busy morning but we got sat at our table quickly, and our order got taken by Ashleigh without any mistakes and got serve very quick. Her service was amazing, quick and witty. Best service ever!!

Family friendly. Atmosphere was elevated with good people. Everyone is helpful and amazingly nice. There is no rushing you out of the restaurant like some eatery's that I have experienced.  Kid-friendliness: .Most of their is young people. They treat just like if they were adults with respect.

I was in the Cherry Hill NJ area and decided to visit IHOP b/c I have not visited this IHOP in about 15years. Well, let me say the appearance and dining furniture has not changed or been updated at ALL! Booths seats on both sides ripped,,see attached photos Nor have they increased the square footage with all the money they have made over the years. Still very small At my visit the place was packed. The food was still very good and service was swift not completely accurate but, it was good. Only old fashion syrup on table, no other choices for the syrup at the table or offered by the waitress and the ketchup was empty! So, with this visit I have decided not to return to this particular IHOP anymore!!
