Sat down around 5pm. There were 3 other tables with people. We didn't get a chance to order until 5:15. Didn't get our food until 5:55. There is no reason pancakes and french toast should take that long to cook when there were only 4 tables to wait on and not a single take out order left.  After looking through past reviews, i saw that this has been a trend for more than a year, and nothing has changed, but every bad review has the "IHOP" manager saying, "We are sorry. We will try to do better next time." And nothing has changed.  How do you know when a business doesn't really care? This is how you know.

I’ve been here and hour and still haven’t gotten my food. Only three people in my party so it’s not like it an unnecessarily big order or anything. It’s also took about 30 minutes to see a waiter to even order the food. SlooooowwwwwRecommended dishesCheese Omelette

After three or four visits it is clear that benign neglect must be the strategy to this location's approach to management. There is rarely sufficient staff, and even when there is it hardly makes any difference in the quality of service. Unfortunately,  poor service is the highlight here because the quality of the kitchen is even worse.

The food is good. Priced right, you get what you pay for. Staff is excellent. Fast and courteous. We end up staying for a few hours just eating and talking. Highly recommend.Food: 4/5

Hash browns are so salty more than it used to be. That’s frozen hash browns for you right there. Omelettes are overcooked and it looks like fried eggs. They need more practice cooking omelettes.Food: 2/5

Liam was a great server, food came out hot and fast,  very clean and got a table very quick.  What else could a customer ask for. Very impressive .Food: 5/5

Philly cheese steak stacker and onion rings were delicious. Server nice and attentive.Food: 5/5

I have been here three times. I do believe the kitchen is incapable of getting food to the customer that isn't cold.  Parking: Shares a lot with the other 19 businesses in the immediate area.

Very good pesto veggie eggs benedict. Exactly what I wanted. Friendly service and quite chatty and attentive but I wasn't in the mood to chat. It's a good IHOP location. Well done  Vegetarian options: They have the impossible sausage and burger and a DELICIOUS pesto eggs benedict. I always like to get a side of broccoli so that's nice, too. I wish there was a biscuit option for vegetarians, but I bet they'd make a substitution.

My wife and I brought our three children there to celebrate the end of the school year.  And let me say nothing says hey kids great job like melted milkshakes, a waiter who is clearly overwhelmed by having two small tables to tend to and the fact that I had to gather our silverware and remove the dirty dishes from the table.  Let me put it this way if your staff and your establishment is not ready to serve guests you are doing your guests a disservice by attempting to offer less than mediocre service our ticket wasn't small it was 80 bucks I would have rather thrown that money away than give it to your restaurant.  UPDATE:  WEVE BEEN SITTING HERE ALONG WITH A FEW OTHER TABLES FOR AN HOUR.  THE COOK DOESNT COOK MORE THAN ONE ITEM AT A TIME.  I'M LITERALLY CARRYING MY OWN FOOD TO MY TABLE.
