I ordered the special Rooty Tooty  they have at this time and it was a big mistake. The waffles came out unassembled, they came out 1 at a time because the server said they only had 1 waffle machine but they were hot and fresh. We paid extra for the eggs and bacon which were cold AF and we sent them back. The plates came back out hot but the eggs were still cold. Bacon full of fat.  We asked for shelled eggs and they gave us carton. We did not eat them and told the server again they were not hot. Overall terrible service and I’ll never be back. He didn’t offer any customer service. If I didn’t have children with me I would’ve went to Waffle House. At least their food is ALWAYS fresh and hot.

This past weekend. I went with my husband and son.. remind you that I'm pregnant. The young lady waitress was in a rush to make us pay. She took my credit card and never came back.  I had to look for her than she gave it back . She is a fraud. She made copies of my credit card and made a purchase at boost on Monday for 110$.  My bank alerted me. She is stealing people information. Never come to this location. There are a fraud. I made a report against her and the company. Shame on her and shame on the company for letting employees steal people information and not doing anything about it.  Please be careful when you come to this location.

Popped in for breakfast while the wifey shopped. Had the fruit crepes with eggs and sausage it was very yummy and the service first rate. Overall a nice experience.Food: 4/5

The place is always full but the service is always on time also. Food is warm, on time and good, service is excellent and they have such a cozy atmosphere, very friendly and respectful. Is a to go place with a 2 and 5 years old kids who are "hangry" and cannot wait too much for their food.Food: 5/5

Random stop for me, I was carving a breakfast omelette that wasn't on the menu! Special thanks to the IHOP team for allowing me to customize my omelette from a steak to a fajita chicken omelette! Really good I must say! Only down fall was the sliced avocados wasn't fresh!Food: 4/5

Took my kids on this Sunday morning and it was a delight! There was no wait at all guess because it was just 08:45, the food came out very quickly! The wait staff was nice and pleasant. My daughter's wiggly premolar finally came out while she was eating , that didn't stop her from finishing her pancakes though!!  Edit: So this other time I went to pick up a take out order for my kids. Quick service as usual, I had to come show extra appreciation on the last 5 star  review!

Last Night Me and My Women. Ce into the Beautiful I Hop at Bellaire n Hwy 6. Tammy Jo this wonderful Mature Lady greeted us at the door and waitedon us. We really enjoyed her She explained the new March Thin Mint Pancake Special. She is very knowledgeable and Cares about what she does fir a living. We will ask for her every timd we come. This location should be closed down or under new management! Their excuse for the bad food is that the cook is “NEW”! The Manager had to make my pancakes on one visit and today when I went for breakfast they burnt up my bacon TWICE! It’s ridiculous the lack of care they have for their customers! The Manager came to the table and looked at the bacon and she agreed with me that they shouldn’t have sent the bacon out to me like that. She was gracious enough not charge me for the meal since part of my meal could not be properly prepared. However, my time had been wasted since I had to wait extra for a delicious meal that never came. I wasn’t the only person that suffered at the hands of the “NEW” cook, there were other customers too. After this miserable incident I will take my business elsewhere.
