Ordered food for take out yesterday and this is the second time they've forgotten food/messed up our order. After spending 32 hours without power due to the snow storm we decided we wanted a warm yummy breakfast. I Ordered the strawberry banana French toast meal with eggs, hashbrowns and sausage. They forgot my Strawberries and bananas so I had a plain undercooked French toast that was still basically raw. It was like they fried the bread ontop of an egg with how much egg was hanging off the bread. The portion size they gave me for hashbrowns was ridiculously small. The literal size of a ketchup packet. Probably won't be back to this location.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I came in after visiting a friends house who had a cat and I’m highly allergic so I asked if they had some tape so I could get the hair off of me before we sat down to eat and the traveling manager ran out to his personal vehicle to get a lint roller for me. That’s just going above and beyond and I am extremely appreciative  Not to mention I watched him clean tables, seat people and even run to grab a customer a high chair for their child, just wow! He also made it a point to continually thank his staff. The food was cooked perfectly and tasted just as amazing. Also, I disagree with the comments about the restaurant being dirty! it’s very clean! Everything is put in a neat spot behind the counter, floors are clean and the tables all wiped down including the syrup dispensers. The wait staff were also super friendly and accommodating. Shout out to “Cat” our awesome waitress!

Our waitress was very energetic and welcoming and made the visit so amazing. The food was good but kinda just okay. Waited a pretty long time and crepes weren’t made correctly burger was fine and fries were not cooked properly.Food: 2/5

Went for Easter Breakfast after discovering a failure to plan at home.  Ordered the Strawberry Banana Pancakes and Strawberries and Cream Biscuits.  The pancakes were piping hot. The Strawberries and Cream Biscuits were a little sweeter than my kiddo could handle- might have been fine without the powdered sugar.   It was busy, but not crowded with virtually no wait to be seated and no rush to eat.  Service was prompt, and all timed.

I usually love IHOP. But the restaurant smelled pretty bad. The restrooms definitely needed some more attention throughout the day. Our waiter didn't offer and refills on our beverages. The floors were pretty dirty. Food was what you come to expect.Food: 2/5

The worst customer service for this morning at 10:21 am on 6/8 for the front , the lady was so incredibly rude and when an error, refused accountability, and proceeded to interrupt me and disrespect me. For the simple fact that she made an error, this is just ridiculous behavior for someone working in customer service.  Do better and hire staff that is competent enough to handle any type of silly situations with grace, and respect. Reported to Uber as well.

Food isn't particularly great and the gluten-friendly pancakes never come out quite right. They are also a bit on the expensive side considering the quality.  Still they are open late and my partner loves their cheesecake pancakes. The staff is generally nice too.

Jammy out waiter was awesome! The food was good and there was no wait time. The team work in this IHop is on point. The manager gave us the option to choose our seat, I really liked that. Their all about safety and sanitation here to too keep the Covid germs out.

I have not had biscuits and gravy in some time, so I went to IHOP today. Worst B&G I have ever had and the hashbrowns and eggs seemed undercooked. Never.....Ever.......going back to this particular place. Coffee was the best part of this breakfast. I actually felt like puking on the walk home.Food: 1/5

Ihop typically has good food and this visit was no exception. We shared steak and eggs that came with hash browns and a short stack. The steak was delicious, eggs cooked to perfection and the hash browns had the right amount of greasiness and crunch. Of course, the pancakes were good. I don't know why we don't go there more often.Food: 5/5
