This is the smallest IHOP I have ever been to. It was pretty much empty when we went and the service was still terrible. Food was decent and in comparison to other IHOPS I've been to. What I didn't appreciate was the "manager" walking around screaming about someone getting fired which was unprofessional to witness.

UPDATE: don't waste your money or time. Creepy owner or manager walks around staring at female customers. Waited 20 minutes for the check after asking 3 times when it was EMPTY. Literally 3 tables at lunch on a Saturday. Will never go back.

Service could’ve been better. Our waiter was having fun joking with people not in her area, instead of checking on us. Food was good

Food was very good. 
Took a while to be noticed when I first walked in however my To go was packed nicely & still warm when I got it home.

No wait to be seated. At least 30 mins for our kids order to come out. Another 10 for my wife. Currently overhearing the waitress explain to another table that the cook is backed up. The couple behind us order was wrong. They were here before us and still waiting on their correct order. Half of my order just arrived and my eggs are wrong. Should be three scrambled, but two over medium is sitting on my plate. I'm a pretty patient guy, but this is ridiculous.  The newest IHOP in the area and by far the worst.

I have always understood IHOP has mediocre service.....but none worst than this specific one......while there food is not bad...the service is beyond unacceptable......whether in person or by phone...with the seven clients in the restaurant. ....there is no reason phone orders or in booth orders cannot be handled within 20 min....it is literally 1 hour before any acceptable food is served. ...Why or how is beyond common sense or acceptability..to say the least you are the worst
