This is the worst IHOP I have ever seen. I've been told by them they won't take to go orders the last two times I have tried to eat there. I thought IHOP express was made for Togo orders? There is a door in the back that says to go? I have also had the employees at all times of the day say that they are cleaning the grill? 12 noon, 12:45, 1:30, 2:00,5:00. If you are going to clean the grills pick a time to do that and stick with it. Or just clean one at a time and cook on the other one. I'm done eating at this dump. It didn't take long for this town we live in to ruin another place I like to eat!

People were nice, very helpful. The food was good, but the execution is terrible. The coffee lids don't fit the cups, and I spilled my coffee all over the counter trying to put the lid on. The pancakes were a plate that was no bigger around than the pancakes themselves, so the syrup has nowhere to go except off the sides of the plate, all over the table, and I ended up setting my elbow down in it. Not very well thought out. I will probably not be back.

I've eaten here many times, and each time the food is delicious and the service wonderful! I stick to the breakfast foods because that's what I'm usually feeling like eating when I go, but I've never had a complaint. My only sorrow is that they can't offer the full menu, but you can't expect everything when the location is so small to begin with.

Date:06-20-2017 Re: Grill closed for 1 hr &1/2 due to cleaning Location: IHOP Express @ Okmulgee, OK Employee: Jessica Called (1:32pm) in an order for a SPINACH GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD & a single BEEF PATTY for my CRITTER but was DENIED by friendly Ms Jessica due to the GRILL being SHUT DOWN due to cleaning. Being a COOK in a past LIFE, it DOES NOT take an hour & a half to clean a medium sized grill. After, fueling my SEMI, i picked up a menu, for future ordering, from informative Ms Jessica @1:50pm. She stated that the grill is periodically cleaned @ 5am, 1pm & so forth. And that it roughly takes 30 mins to clean. From the LOOKS of it, the COOK had NOT even begun to clean the GRILL. The cook , at that moment, RUSHED IN, like he was LATE FOR CLASS. MAYBE the grill was CLOSED at a later TIME ? CONCLUSION: GONNA have to order food at a different location SINCE there seems to be something SHADY going on ( due to additional OBSERVATIONS that were notated) @ this ESTABLISHMENT. UPDATE: 6-20-2017 @ 3:00pm. Seems like this IHOP EXPRESS is DUE for a SANITARY INSPECTION this week by the SANITARIAN INSPECTOR Ms. Jeannie West.
