Actually one of the worst service experiences I've had, this wasn't the first time I've visited, no complaints til this time, our server kept walking past us never stopping to take our drink order, after the host seen we hadn't had drinks, and five other tables were served, he said something to our server.  The sweet tea tasted sour, we were told it was because they had a new water filter.  The good thing is when we went to leave some how our server rang our bill up for another table, our ticket was right and showed our order and our price, but we paid the table who paid ours, and saved thirty dollars.

Great service every time we go. Our ticket was lost in the back, we were waiting for a minute but it was busy so we didn't think twice about it. The manager working came out to apologize and took care of our entire ticket. Caitlyn was awesome and the food was still great.

We had a large family brunch there, they were amazing from the time we arrived until we all left!! Fantastic food and superior service!!

Macro nutrients for this place are absolutely ridiculous.  If you are looking for a healthy bite, did not pick IHOP. Food tasted good. Servers were nice.  Store was clean.
