Great Food, Great management solutions. It was busy our most recent visit so we expected delays as there were some. However despite the crowd it was clean and the manager solved an issue as it became apparent. Any other time service has been on par or great. 

2/3 visits were 5 star worthy and will likely change to 5 star if crowded service can flourish our next visit.

I have been here three different times. There was no wait until we got to the table. The restaurant did not appear busy but it took forever for the waitress to get to our table. Then to take our order. Seems like a management problem. The pancakes are always great no matter which IHOP you visit.

There is usually a really long wait here. Either waiting in the lobby for a table or waiting for the food after ordering. The food is nice and hot when it comes out, but I feel like IHOP should be faster with delivering to the table. The wait staff is friendly and keeps drinks filled.

We waited 45 minutes to get our food. Once we received our lunch, it was made wrong. We left. We heard from another customer that the people seated at our table before us had walked out as well. Staff was friendly enough, downright nice and pleasant, but after almost an hour we had had enough. Hope they improve, tough start for a new restaurant.

While the food has always been good when I eventually get all of my order, I have never gotten my entire order correct out of the kitchen in a timely manner. There's always something missing or something that comes out as a wrong choice and it always takes forever to get the rest of your food. Most of the wait staff their leaves something to be desired they don't pay attention and they don't check on you. There are a couple good ones, I hope you get one of them.
