Worst IHOP experience ever... I've always had really good experiences here. Quick and good. Which is great with a preschooler. Today not so much. For eggs and a waffle 30min! Then when it was finally delivered (after we watched people show up after us and leave before us) the plates and food were ice cold! My daughter's butter wouldn't even melt! Looks like we'll be looking for a new breakfast place😣

I am giving this review a ONE ONLY BECAUSE I can't rate it any lower!! My husband and I just walked out of this establishment, after merely four minutes of ordering our food. We were sitting in a booth right behind one of the decorative windows when my husband saw a bug. When he got up to see what it was the look in his face said it all..... IT WAS A COCKROACH!!!! We got up to leave, coincidentally enough as the manager was walking by telling us to have a good night. As I ran out the door my husband mentioned that there was a roach and pointed it out; to his disgust, the manager said "Okay", and this concluded our visit.... NEVER TO RETURN AGAIN!!!! Consumers BEWARE!!!!

Service was terrible. There was a 15 minute wait to be seated. That was understandable. Waitress took our order and then we didn't see her for 45 minutes. People that came in after we were seated were done eating before we had our food. No reason or explanation why it took so long. I am a very patient person but that was ridiculous. Food wasn't bad. Eggs were over cooked but very good sausage.

We were waited on quickly. The waitress must have come back to our table 5 times to make sure everything was ok . The food was great . We couldn't finish it because they gave us so much. The coffee was cold but the waitress brought back hot coffee within minutes of me asking for it. We will go back there again.

I always love coming here! Great staff and people food always delivered pretty quickly. Never disappointed!!!
