Staff is friendly but...your meal comes out piece by piece.  Eggs hash browns and bacon. Then 15 minutes later pancakes.   Then after we finished eating they brought my brother-in-law toast. This is not just this visit. Every time we go. Maybe the manager or employees need more training?

Nice place 2 eat. Breakfast, lunch, Dinner foods. In quantity sizes to suit most. Nice people.

Slow, order was incomplete. After being served by a guy wearing sagging gym pants, a ball cap, and sunglasses, we waited for silverware and the rest of our order to begin eating our cold food.

I am a steady customer, this time I was very disappointed. I order New York cheese pancakes.  Well their was a drop of something in the middle of two pancakes, which tasted like rough dough . To me they where regular pancakes. I can tell you this because. My husband and I own our own restaurant . Brooklyn, New York...... I don't write, but this was so not I-Hop, maybe you need to examine your cooks, more often and see if your MANAGER, is doing her or his job right.  Their was a lot of talking with the members,  It was slow, but in a restaurant their are many things to do.

We were in kinda late at night. The staff seemed more involved in their on conversations and eating on the line which we could see from our booth then taking care of the customers. Was very disappointed in the lack of hospitality and attention to customers and being with in ear shot of all the conversation taking place in the kitchen area
