I was very impressed with the service I received and I am honestly looking for more. Nikki was my server and I was very satisfied. She gave me the look like she wanted more than just pancakes and waffles if you know what I mean...

Other than pancakes the food at IHOP, on the average, sucks. It's that simple. 
If you want pancakes go to IHOP. If you want any other food be it breakfast, lunch or dinner go to one of the overabundance of diners in NJ. Even average diners are better than the slop at IHOP (except the pancakes).

Waiters suck the only good person there is sean o'neil even tho he's a bus boy did more than my waiter

Food was not good. Steak was Gray and had plastic stuck to it. Server Devin was amazing, nice, attentive.

Took an hour to get water, let alone order food. I normally love IHOP, but this location is terrible. The crepes had less than a teaspoon of filling -- one tiny scoop of whipped cream on pancakes and they have the nerve to charge if you ask for more. Will not be back, drove down the road to the other IHOP location, do not eat here.
