Visited on busy hours. Table smelled a bit like dirty rag. The booth is comfortable. Breakfast sample menu item was cooked to satisfaction. Pancakes and variety of syrup are delicious. Iced mocha coffee was great except for the fact the refill took over 15 minutes. Dirty plates did not get removed from table until we were ready to leave. It is better to visit when the restaurant is not too busy for better attention. Overall, it is a good place to have casual breakfast with friends.

Went on Sunday night, place was not busy so we got seat right away. My kid eat free with an adult entree. Waitress took our drink order and came out quick and fresh. Food order kind a hard too choose because the menu has too many interesting dish, specially because I like sweets. Food taste good usually, one in a while it got too greasy, but this time it was perfect. I like it, my kid love it.

Our dining experience was outstanding! Savannah, our server was the best ever. Best server that I have ever had in my life.  Because of her, IHOP is that much better. She is a treasure; and I hope her bosses know it.

Great service. My husband has some food allergies and the manager went out of her way to make sure everything was just right. Greatly appreciated! Speedy service and good food.

After leaving Denny's for very very bad service, we ended up having birthday dinner at this I hop location. From entering to leaving , our family of 4 where well taken care of. Nick was our attendant, a very nice respectful individual. After we where done eating he offered our b day boy a complementary sundae. Thank you Nick, I hop is lucky to have him as an employee. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend to others
